Is my data stored in the EU?

Yes. All ClaimCMR data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany (EU Central) on Supabase infrastructure. We are fully GDPR compliant.

Does ClaimCMR work for all EU carriers?

ClaimCMR includes deadline rules and documentation requirements for 20 major EU road freight carriers including DB Schenker, DHL Freight, DSV, Girteka, Rhenus, Geodis and more.

What is the CMR Convention and does it apply to me?

The CMR Convention governs international road freight across 55 signatory countries including all EU member states. If you ship goods across EU borders by road, CMR applies to your freight claims.

Can I switch plans as my claim volume grows?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens when I reach my claims limit?

You will receive a notification when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. Additional claims above your plan limit are billed at €15 per claim. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit.
